High-impact cards that significantly affect game balance. These are officially tagged by Scryfall as "game changers" for Commander.

Restricted Tutors (Max 5)

Tutor cards that can search your library for specific cards, excluding pure land tutors and commanders with "Partner with". Also includes dual-purpose tutors that can search for both lands and non-land cards (e.g., Tolaria West, Dig Up, Grim Servant).
